Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of websites, applications, products, and services operated by Blaksyd LLP, including AI Connect, Human Connect, and Live Journal features.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the services, the user agrees to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The services are intended for users aged 13 years or older. If a user is below the age of majority in their jurisdiction, use must be with the involvement or consent of a parent or guardian where required by law.

3. Services

The Company may provide AI-assisted interactions, human-assisted interactions, journaling features, user accounts, support tools, and related content/services.

4. No Medical, Legal, or Emergency Service

IMPORTANT: The services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, psychological, crisis, legal, or emergency services. In emergencies, users must contact appropriate professionals, helplines, or emergency services immediately.

5. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information, maintain account security, and are responsible for all activity under their accounts.

6. User Content

Users may submit text, journal entries, prompts, profile details, feedback, and other content ("User Content"). Users retain ownership of their User Content, but grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, store, reproduce, adapt, analyze, and display such content only as necessary to operate, improve, secure, moderate, and provide the services, subject to the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

• Violate law;
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others;
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material;
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the services;
• Misuse human support features;
• Impersonate others;
• Use the platform to exploit minors or distribute prohibited content.

8. AI and Human Outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased, or unsuitable for a user's circumstances. Human support may also vary in quality and is not guaranteed to be professional counseling unless expressly stated. Users must exercise independent judgment.

9. Payments

Some services may become paid in the future. If paid plans are introduced, pricing, billing terms, refund rules, auto-renewal terms, and taxes shall be disclosed separately or through updated Terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for breach, safety concerns, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or platform integrity reasons.

11. Intellectual Property

All service software, trademarks, branding, features, content, designs, interfaces, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to the Company.

12. Privacy

Use of the services is subject to the Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or emotional distress arising out of the use of the services.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from their misuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of rights/law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer law rights.

17. Changes

The Company may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version.
